Glenn has spent more than 10 years behind the camera, working with major organizations including ABC, ESPN, the Milwaukee Brewers, and the Milwaukee Bucks. In addition, he and his wife, Heather own and operate Salem Media Productions, Wisconsin’s largest wedding videography company. With extensive experience spanning live sports, broadcast production, and large-scale events, Glen has built a reputation for producing polished, memorable visuals that connect with audiences.

Andy is the driving force behind the scenes at Breakthrough Media Group. With a natural gift for strategy, an endless flow of ideas, and a go-getter mindset, he ensures that every project moves forward with creativity and precision. He is dedicated to excellence and thrives on developing innovative solutions and managing the details that bring big visions to life.

Glen and Andy built Breakthrough Media Group to do more than create video content.
